And apologies for the long silence with all the questions. Although there are loads more here that I haven’t answered, the one main question up in the air seems to be: will there be a season three or not?

The short answer: not yet

The long answer: not yet officially, because we have had no word from even Kawakami, who would probably be the most ecstatic about any news regarding S3. Is it in production? Maybe. Planning? Perhaps. Without any real insider info, there’s no real way to say for sure.

I wouldn’t hold my breath for it anytime soon though; it took over 2 years to make the 26 episodes of the Horizon anime, so unless they were already devoting time and effort to making it while it aired (which I doubt, as the studio’s efforts were concentrated on LoveLive), we won’t be getting any until late 2013 or 2014 at the earliest.

And even if there was news, I’d probably be the last to hear anyway. Still, I’ll update if any big news shows up.

By the way this place will be on hiatus because I have other things to do.

QuestionJS06 is translating Owari no Chronicle. would you be willing to answer questions relating that? Answer

My knowledge only goes as far as Horizon, and even then, countless others probably already know much more than I do anyway.

So no, I won’t be answering any questions because I know so little about OnC that I couldn’t possibly answer them with any reasonable level of confidence.

QuestionAny word on S3? Answer

Not a word, not a peep from Sunrise.

If there was, I probably would be the last to know anyway.

Also I won’t be monitoring this place anymore until said third season or if there’s some big news coming out, due to other personal commitments.

Sad to say, but I due to academic reasons (ergo, concentrating on my thesis and trying not to fail out of a scholarship for my masters), I have decided to no longer continue maintaining this infodump, as well as the scanlations.

This site will continue to stay up, but content will no longer be updated. Any questions sent here will be ignored.

Rest assured that shirts will still be sent.

I suppose it’s rather obvious that this was an April Fools thing. I am rather fond of jokes in bad taste, after all.

But yes, shirts will still be sent.

[Divine Transmission] Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon 4koma Anthology Ch01
Read online: Batoto

If you’ve been following the Horizon threads on 4chan, you’d already know that there’s been an effort to translate basically every single bit of Horizon that we can get our grubby little hands on. Including the manga, of course.

Someone uploaded scans of the Kyoukai Senjou no Horizon 4koma Anthology (not to be mistaken with the Kyoukai Senjou no Horako-san 4koma), another anonymous person threw in translations, and Nackbjorn, the redrawer for the Horizon manga (non 4koma) helped with the edits and typesetting.

I myself haven’t contributed to this (asides this scan of the tankoubon cover, not included in the release) however, but I’d just like to promote it since, well, sharing is caring and such. Even if it is merely quasi-legal sharing/caring.

Also Nackbjorn asked me to.

Update #2 on the shirts!
(the only Horizon-related thing I’ve had time to do as of late)

Packages for the first few orders are ready to go; just need to find a good time to ship these all. If I find a cheaper way to ship things, I’ll refund whatever savings there was to those who’ve paid.

An updated inventory on shirts currently available:

  • 1M (small body, slightly large build)
  • 4L (typical Asian male size; slim Western build)
  • 2XL (large body or 5’10-ish up)
  • 3XXL (5’10-ish up and a large build)

I’ve also thought about all the time and effort I put into this project, and I’ve realized that I just won’t have it in me to make more if I run out. Hence, this will be the first and last batch of shirts (a run of 30 shirts total) I’ll be making. The next batch won’t be for a long time, possibly never again. It’s just too much for me right now.

Again, those interested, shoot an e-mail over to halvanhalev☆gmail。com with your handle name (or however you’d like to be called), and what size shirt(s) you want. You can check the price and shipping rates here. Payment is only through PayPal so please make sure you can pay via that.

  1. Camera: Canon EOS 1100D
  2. Aperture: f/4
  3. Exposure: 1/15th
  4. Focal Length: 36mm

Shirts are done!

Apologies for the wrinkles, this was the shirt I took out to test, and I didn’t have any other place to lay it on other than my bed.

I need some time to organize invoicing and shipping and stuff because I’m busy with coursework + thesis work right now, so please be patient for a little longer.

Update:

I got a couple questions asking about extra shirts or something; I made sure to have a few extra shirts in inventory in the inevitability that the interest spanned beyond the readership of this place.

As of this moment, there are still these shirts in inventory:

  • 1S (small body, small build)
  • 1M (small body, slightly large build)
  • 7L (typical Asian male size; slim Western build)
  • 2XL (large body or 5’10-ish up)
  • 3XXL (5’10-ish up and a large build)

Primarily due to a number of orders being cancelled, plus some extra stock. If you’re interested, shoot an e-mail over to halvanhalev☆gmail。com with your handle name (or however you’d like to be called), and what size shirt(s) you want. You can check the shipping rates here. Payment is only through PayPal so please make sure you can pay via that.

Awfully late, but Happy Valentines to all the readers, followers, and Horizon fans out there!

And for those who don’t have a significant other *cough cough*, don’t worry, even Tenzou found Mary so that means nothing’s impossible for you all out there!

QuestionLong time no see Sensei! Thanks for all the hard work as always. For people who are wondering about the circumstance for horizon on B-T. B-T has no control over their translators. All the translators are volunteers. Its just a tool to keep everything in order. The current active translator has decided to move all their translations to nanodesu. The translation isn't dead its just migrated. Whether it gets stalled or translated its up to the translators discretion after all. Answer

Just publishing this to notify anyone following the project, as I’m reading (or at least, desperately trying to) the novels raw.
